This Brand New three phase electric cooking unit comes with: A smooth 15mm thick and 740 mm deep steel plate, ensured by a set of resistances placed against the plate, insulated by a stainless steel box and rot proof rock wool. Controlled by thermostat 100-350’C and heating indicator. All stainless steel manufactured, designed for clean and easy usage. Fully castor fitted.
