For over 17 years, the Young family has run The Deeping Caravan Park, situated in the historical town of Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. The Deeping Caravan Park stretches over 12.5 acres of land, providing luxury holiday homes.

The Ranch Restaurant includes a two-lane bowling centre, an indoor and outdoor playing area and the superb new restaurant and kitchen.

CaterFix has been known for several years to be an “amazing” local business. Our “good communication” and flexibility is one of the reasons why The Deeping Caravan Park chose to work closely with CaterFix adding “we are very pleased with the kitchen and the superb service CaterFix have offered us.” Darren Young commented.

The kitchen design allows the restaurant to offer a quick service bar menu; products like the Lincat pizza oven and the Foster prep station being of great use. However, the Young family also wanted to cater for their resident’s tastes, which include a Sunday roast lunch and full evening menu. The Rational 10 grid Combi oven is vital to achieve this.

The front counter design had to compliment the rustic look of the centre and looks superb. The front counter also allows the Young family to operate the bowling lanes efficiently.

We met many times on site, proving that a local business is the best set up to deal with local customers. All in all a very successful project has resulted in a superb kitchen and front counter.”
