CaterFix are proud to have worked with City College Peterborough to provide their new modern training kitchen ready for their students starting in September. The students will be learning their profession on the latest Rational, Blue Seal, Falcon, Fosters and Maidaid equipment. CaterFix provided all the necessary plans and drawings to help maximise the space available so that all the new equipment could fit under the existing canopy. As part of the project CaterFix dismantled the old kitchen, removed the existing equipment, laid new flooring and installed all of the new gas and electrical products.
As well as the training kitchen Caterfix revamped the front serving space at The College Cup Café, providing new Flooring, serve over counter, dishwasher and gas oven.
