Flame

Flame on Broadway in Peterborough is a brand-new bar and restaurant. The location itself has been transformed from its dark South American décor to a much brighter interior for the new Italian Restaurant. Everything has been replaced from the lights, to the flooring and it even has a new bar, because of all this it now feels more modern and up to date. The restaurant is now going to be serving food such as pizza, pasta, seafood and much more from 12am to 10pm every day of the week. However, Friday and Saturday nights the tables will be moved to provide a dance floor and the music turned up through until 2am.

CaterFix supplied new and reconditioned equipment for this busy kitchen. Diana advised she started Flame with her husband and mother, but it was her husband and the head chef who worked together with CaterFix to make sure the kitchen was laid out in the most efficient way. The head chef said, “all the equipment is great, and they would be using CaterFix again.”
