CaterFix installed a new Rational 10 grid Icombi Pro and Maidaid Hood Dishwasher at the College recently to help ease the pressure on the school catering operation which had been hindered by an unreliable combination oven. The work was under taken during half term to ensure there was no disruption during the busy term time. CaterFix then arranged with Rational staff training on the oven to ensure that it was used to its maximum capability.
