This Archway model has a handy sifting feature which means when you are finished breading you simply remove the rubber cover at the bottom of the lug bowl, and at the press of a button on the 267 watt brush motor all of the lumps or “dough balls” are sifted out leaving you with perfect breadcrumbs/ seasoned flour to use again, making this piece of equipment extremely cost effective.
