Offering a gross capacity of 597 litres and a net usable capacity of 465 litres, the system utilizes highly efficient, environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant alongside a dynamic forced-air cooling system to maintain precise microclimates between -10°C and -26°C.

The exterior chassis features a durable stainless-steel look, while the interior cavity is constructed from food-grade AISI 304 Chrome-Nickel-Steel, engineered precisely to accommodate standard GN 2/1 gastronorm spacing.
