Williams TW15 Thermowell, a fully customisable standalone refrigerated prep well with a maximum capacity of seven 1/3 GN pans (also accepts 1/6 GN, 100mm deep; pans not included). Foodsafe 304-grade stainless steel exterior and interior with 35mm precision-injected polyurethane insulation, a hinged lid that stays open during prep, digital thermometer and adjustable thermostat, and non-slip rubber feet. Can be wall-mounted, sited on a worktop, or mounted on legs. Operates at +4/+8°C and is designed to run efficiently in ambient up to 32°C. This HC version uses R600a refrigerant.
