The Queens Head in Bulwick – CaterFix and a Country Pub

The Queens Head in Bulwick near Corby had been closed for 18 months before being taken over by Jim Trevor and his family. This pub in the small village of Bulwick was quite run down after being shut for so long and it needed a lot of work. Jim renovated the pub and gave it back the character and charm it was missing, now it looks like a classy well-kept country pub with many of its original features. The Queens Head reopened on the 5^th November 2018 and has been busy ever since serving exceptionally good food to its many visitors. It’s the only pub in the village and has a caravan park just up the road so it’s never short of customers. One member of staff said, “We have a great reputation already in and around the village which is purely down to word of mouth”.

Jim is very hands on at all his pubs, working in the kitchen to cover staff when needed and being the handy man always comes in useful. In total Jim and his family own three beautiful pubs including The Six Bells in Witham on the Hill and Posh Fish and Chips in Peterborough which was previously The Beehive.

All the reconditioned equipment is fully cleaned and tested before delivery and comes with 3 months parts warranty. Reconditioned equipment will often be at half the price of new equipment allowing customers to meet any budget they may have.
